We know you will love your products as we do, but we understand sometimes things can happen. Due to the nature of the personalisation process, it is not possible to offer a return, refund or exchange for any kind of change of mind. We provide lots of info about our materials, embroidery processes and shipping times to enable our customers to make the best decision possible.
Customer Errors
If you have made a spelling error, or incorrectly selected the wrong colour /made another error on your order, unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund or complimentary embroidery on your product. We do however want you to be satisfied with your products, so please contact us anyway and we can work out new products at a discounted rate.
Little Poppet Store Errors
We endeavour to ensure your products are perfect before they leave our factory, however, we are human and every now and then, we might make a mistake. If this has occurred, please email us with the email title > PRINT ERROR [ORDER NUMBER] with the issue and a photo and we will literally get your product out next and ship via express post to ensure you have it ASAP.
