Making You Order
We stitch and pack your orders from our warehouse in Brisbane on Thursday each week to ensure that you will receive your precious personalised baby blanket or newborn gift as quickly as possible. We currently only do one day of stitching to keep our prices as low as possible.
Track Your Order
We use Australia post to ship all of our orders. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, Australia Post.
Delivery Time Frames

As an approx. guide for deliveries in QLD allow up to 2 days. For other states allow up to 8 days.
International deliveries allow approximately 1-3 weeks.
Please note these time frames are approximate and based on business days from the day of dispatch and type of postage chosen.
Shipping & Delivery Policy *
- We stitch orders one day per week currently Thursday.
- To keep our prices low we ship on Friday every week, if not earlier.
- A tracking number will be provided once your package has been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, Little Poppet Store accepts no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay cause by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. All orders will be delivered via safe drop, if nobody is home to receive it, unless selected otherwise at checkout.
Delivery Pricing (excluding wholesale)
Australia Wide Standard tracked shipping is FREE for all orders over $125 (excluding shipping). For orders under this amount the shipping fee is a flat rate of $7.50
Australia Wide Express tracked shipping is a flat rate of $14.50
For international orders there is a flat $20 shipping fee
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
